He is currently in the process of finishing up his first production project with SC’s own Primo Starr, “A Starr Still Shines”. The EP can be found on www.amazon.com. His work has also been featured on DJ D. Souff’s mixtape series “Southern Seduction” and “Da South Is In Da House”. He is also working with the rising star Smokesta, from Augusta, GA, on his first solo project.
Pompey has had previous experience with playing the piano and the trumpet. In middle school, he was part of the musical group “Kennedy on stage”, which was invited and performed at the well known Carnegie Hall in New York city. He was the winner of the beat battle at Augusta’s first annual industry mixer at club 706. Pompey is working on starting his own production company, where labels and artists can come to for the quality hits they are looking for.
Pompey refuses to introduce mediocrity into his music style. He continues to evovle to become the super producer that he is destined to be. His aim is to give you the music you NEED...not just the music you WANT.
